Bug#837894: dolphin cannot copy files to MTP devices

Dear Maintainer,

After connecting either my phone or a tablet via USB they appear in
dolphin's list of devices. However, while dolphin can read files from
them, the paste menu entry is disabled, preventing me from copying
files to the MTP devices.

Interestingly neither the Create > Folder nor the Delete menu entries
are disabled and both work fine.

Further notes:
* The Wiko phone is running Android 4.1.2 and the Samsung tablet is
  running Android 4.4.2.
* Creating folders and writing files to regular folders works fine of
  course. The paste menu is only disabled on MTP devices.
* I can successfully copy files _from_ the MTP devices (the Copy menu
  entry is not disabled).
* A workaround is to use nautilus: it can read from and write to these
  same MTP devices without trouble, even when running in KDE.
* Initially the kio-mtp package was not installed, but installing it
  and rebooting made no difference.
* reportbug does not show all the kio packages so here is the list:
