Bug#767905: kwallet: after upgrade from jessie to stretch kwalletmanager doesn't see my old wallets

kde-runtime was NOT installed. It was one of the requirements that got
uninstalled to let me migrate to stretch. But that would be an other
bug, however unfortunately I lost my logging do a failure to hibernate
so I can't properly report it.

So I installed kde-runtime again and with the Migration block still
removed, I was able to import one wallet (the password for the first
wallet it tried to open was in second one, as it is a legacy wallet that
I don't always remember to update when I update my passwords). I'll
figure it out thanks.

Seems like a dependency is missing here or there.
