libkf5incidenceeditor_16.04.1-1_amd64.changes REJECTED
Unfortunately, I am going to have to reject your package since it depends/
build-depends on unavailable packages.
Despite debian/changelog saying experimental, the changes said unstable and
it looks like experimental is where this needs to go since many of the depends
and build-depends are only available in experimental.
Otherwise, it's fine, so please re-upload to experimental.
