That would be really strange indeed. Sometimes I have seen packages to
fail when they are build in parallel, but I have never seen a package
to fail when it's not build in parallel.

This would still be a bug, right? Otherwise we would have to create a
new control field for this, maybe "Build-CPUs: 2". I hope not!
