Bug#818522: okular: Missing information how to get it localized

Hello,
when I install okular without the whole KDE packges i expect an information how
to install the langpack or how the langpack is named.
I found the translation of the okular gui in kde-l10n-<langname>
I prefer a suggest to a metapackage like kde-l10n.
