Bug#847489: kontact: mailfilter agent is not called to every starting up of kontact

Dear Maintainer,

   When Kontact start Mailfilter Agent is not every time called.
If i select the messages to be filter by Ctl J the mailfilter Agent works fine.
If i do an akonadictl restart Kontact open the mailfilter Agent works fine.
