Bug#846236: systemsettings5: does not allow selecting /etc/X11/cursors/core.theme and ignores x-cursor-theme

I cannot select the X11 “core” cursor theme in KDE, and it ignores
the Debian x-cursor-theme alternatives choice too.

This is especially annoying when connecting to a KDE full desktop or
even application via rdesktop (client side) to xrdp/xorgxrdp (server
side), as rdesktop displays the cursor mask (black rectangle, white
“big” cursor) for all but the core theme.
