the package states this:

But then removing it, this happens:

# aptitude purge oxygen5-icon-theme:all
I seguenti pacchetti saranno RIMOSSI:               
  oxygen-icon-theme{u} oxygen5-icon-theme{p} 

So there's something fishy with the dependencies.

OK, so
a) the description is fine, there is no wrong text there
b) there is an user error, where they replaced a real dependency with
an empty one "for reasons"

Hence this non-bug can be closed.

PS: Salvo, please do fix your system, otherwise there's a chance issues
you might find are due to wrong replacing of real packages with empty
ones (and as such closed as invalid) -- in the end, that's in _your_
own interest, first of all
