Bug#832548: [kdesu] Make libkf5su5 depending on libkf5su5-bin

Now it has "libkf5su5-bin" in "Recommends:" section only, and kdesu doesn't 
work without kdesud, which is in the -bin package. Or is there any other 
obviuos way for an unsuspecting user to make kdesu work without it?
