Bug#826034: dolphin: No icons, even if XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE

Dear Maintainer,

Dolphin (the same applies to Kate) was not showing icons.

The problem was being solved so:

XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE dolphin

But recently after a system upgrade, XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE does not help
anymore. Dolphin does not show any icons even if started with
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE

The same applies to Kate.
