Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

   Installed kstars in a vm running stretch to test newer builds.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

   With the Jessie version of kstars, the Tools/Devices menu has a number of
   sub-menu items such as telescope wizard, device manager, indi control which
   allow access to and control of indi devices.

   The version of kstars in stretch has the Tools/Devices menu but the menu
   is empty with no way to access or configure the indi services or connect
   to an existing indi server.
