Please see bug report #806213 - iceweasel would lock up when restoring 
multiple windows.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

killing kwin_x11 process after starting plasma desktop, then letting 
iceweasel start up fully, then running kwin_x11 after.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
