Package: libqt4-sql-sqlite

quassel no longer starts after upgrading to this version. When starting
it with QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1 environment variable, it shows this:

QFactoryLoader::QFactoryLoader() looking at "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/plugins/sqldrivers/libqsqlite.so"

         not a plugin

Currently, Quassel supports SQLite3 and PostgreSQL. You need to build your
Qt library with the sqlite or postgres plugin enabled in order for quasselcore
to work.
