Bug#800874: kscreen: plasmoid missing from Debian package

Dear Maintainer,

the kscreen plasmoid is missing from the Debian package. I believe it would be sufficient to add /usr/share/plasma/* and /usr/share/kservices5/* to kscreen.install, but I have not yet tested this.
