Bug#800637: ffmpegthumbs: Dolphin video thumbnails do not work with KF5

Dear Maintainer,
The ffmpegthumbs (and also mplayerthumbs) packages used to provide thumbnails
for video files in Dolphin.
With the transition to KDE Frameworks 5 in progress, they stopped working,
apparently because they are only built against KDE4.
Upstream has already fixed this: See https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/118545/
Please add a ffmpegthumbs5 package that works with KF5, or make the
ffmpegthumbs package compatible.
