please don't link python extensions with libpython, you are forcing people to 
install packages for all supported python versions. Please see:

$ apt-cache show python3-pykde4 | grep Depends
Depends: [...] libpython3.4 (>= 3.4.2), libpython3.5 (>= 3.5.0~b1), [...]
