Bug#800039: kget depends on vlc

kget depends on kde-runtime, which in turn uses phonon to offer an unified
sound interface to the kde applications.
The default backend for phonon is phonon-backend-vlc, which depends on vlc (it
could depend on vlc-nox), but that's not the only backend available, you can
use phonon-backend-gstreamer to use gstreamer or phonon-backend-null if you
want no sound.

To do that you could do:

 apt install kget phonon-backend-vlc- phonon-backend-gstreamer

This tries to download 193 MB of packages in a clean system

 apt install kget phonon-backend-vlc- phonon-backend-null

This tries to download 183 MB of packages in a clean system

And it can be reduced about 40 MB if you don't install the recommended packages.

Happy hacking,
