Package: libqt5sql5
Version: 5.4.2+dfsg-5
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I simply tried to log into to kde 5 plasma shell from sddm and it hang at 80%.
(I can reproduce the issue from lightdm). When I check dmesg I see the
following:
[ 54.376399] kactivitymanage[1723]: segfault at 7fc31e72fcd0 ip
00007fc3040d5031 sp 00007ffd7788d388 error 4 in
libQt5Sql.so.5.4.2[7fc3040c1000+3f000]

I have tried, making a new user on my machine, deleting my .kde and .config
directories. I have two machines that are very similar and both have the same
issue. xfce4 works fine, if I try and startkde from there, it fails with the
same error on the same splash screen. This only seemed to happen once the
following were upgraded:

Taking a guess, the kf5 frameworks packages upgraded to 5.13 (from 5.12) are
unhappy with libqt5sql (but not sure where I should file the bug report). Not
sure if it's related, but I had another issue where if I turned off my monitor,
I'd see a similar segfault line, but it was with xcb or something. (So I just
stopped turning off my monitor.) That happened recently with possible another
upgrade of kde5 frameworks, but since I could still use the system, I didn't
report anything.

Right, and considering there fix is already in the archive I'm just closing
