Or upgrade breeze package to Sid's version.
Really don't see why breeze is not migrated to testing after 16
days.

I also had this problem and it seems to be caused by
upgrade libkdecorations2private5:amd64 4:5.3.2-1 4:5.3.2-2
upgrade libkdecorations2-5:amd64 4:5.3.2-1 4:5.3.2-2
As I downgraded them, I could login again. Since this morning,
there's
a bug report in the tracker [1], so I hope it'll be fixed soon.
