Bug#794754: [kde-style-oxygen-qt4] Oxygen theme not applied to qt4 (non KDE) applications

When choosing the Oxygen style in systemsettings5 the style is not
applied to Qt4 (non KDE, i.e. /usr/bin/oxygen-demo) applications.

Symlinking/usr/lib/kde4/plugins/styles/oxygen.so
into/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/plugins/styles/ solves the issue.
