Dear maintainer,

kio FTBFS on mipsel [0].

At first glance, it seems the build-deps on libkf5* libs should be bumped to >= 5.12.

  Could not find a configuration file for package "KF5Bookmarks" that is
  compatible with requested version "5.12.0".

  The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:

    /usr/lib/mipsel-linux-gnu/cmake/KF5Bookmarks/KF5BookmarksConfig.cmake, version: 5.11.0

I will try to reproduce the issue locally in my mipsel machine and do some test and will let you know.
