FWIW, I obtained this file by downloading the "Think Python" book from http://www.greenteapress.com/thinkpython/thinkpython.pdf and using pdftk to extract the page of interest.

% pdftk A=/home/rajulocal/books/thinkpython.pdf cat A44 output indentation.pdf
