Bug#789873: libqt5svg5: broken dependency on qtbase-abi-5-3-2

Package: libqt5svg5
Version: 5.3.2-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

The libqt5svg5 package is not installable due to a broken dependency:

# apt-get install libqt5svg5
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libqt5svg5 : Depends: qtbase-abi-5-3-2
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The reason seems to be that libqt5core5a is now a newer version and
provides qtbase-abi-5-4-2 instead of qtbase-abi-5-3-2.

Note: This also makes the build of packages that depend on libqt5svg5
(e.g. gnuplot5) fail.
