Bug#789859: qtconnectivity-opensource-src: Consider packaging btapi10_2_1 and libbb2 and maybe reenabling !linux support

We are acurrently not building against btapi10_2_1 and libbb2 because they are
not packaged in Debian. Maybe we can re enable !linux support if those libs get
packaged, apart of adding support.
