Since it appears on both Radeon and Intel on two completely different systems, it's probably a bug in QT rather than the actual graphics drivers.

It happens on both XFCE and Gnome, x86-32 and x86-64.

But I do not think this is a specific driver problem, it could be a general problem with Xorg.
