Package: kaddressbook Version: 4:4.4.11.1+l10n-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, I'm NOT using KDE as desktop but LXDE or XFCE and only want to use kaddressbook. When I start kaddressbook the first time after I logged in all this arkonadi-things are started and finally kaddressbook. When I close kaddressbook by closing the window or using the menu-item "exit (Crtl-Q)" the window is closed but the process kaddressbook remains as I can see with a taskmanager. When I than want to start kaddressbook again nothing happens. The only possibility to start kaddressbook a second time is to end the process with a taskmanager first and than start the program again. The problem only occurs on the first run of kaddressbook. When I close kaddressbook on the second run all works fine: the window is closed and the process as well (only the arkonadi-processes remain), and I can restart the program without problems. I think closing the program should stop the process as well also in the first run, so that the program could be restarted without problems; especially for an addressbook, which is normaly used more than one time a day it would be a nice feature, when it could be opened more than one time without problems and without using a task-manager ;-) Klaumi -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.1.0-1-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages kaddressbook depends on: ii kdebase-runtime 4:4.6.5-1+b1 ii kdepim-runtime 4:4.4.11.1-3 ii libakonadi-contact4 4:4.6.5-1 ii libakonadi-kde4 4:4.6.5-1 ii libc6 2.13-21 ii libgcc1 1:4.6.2-5 ii libgpgme++2 4:4.6.5-1 ii libkabc4 4:4.6.5-1 ii libkcmutils4 4:4.6.5-2+b1 ii libkdecore5 4:4.6.5-2+b1 ii libkdepim4 4:4.4.11.1+l10n-1 ii libkdeui5 4:4.6.5-2+b1 ii libkio5 4:4.6.5-2+b1 ii libkldap4 4:4.6.5-1 ii libkleo4 4:4.4.11.1+l10n-1 ii libkontactinterface4 4:4.6.5-1 ii libkparts4 4:4.6.5-2+b1 ii libkpimidentities4 4:4.6.5-1 ii libqgpgme1 4:4.6.5-1 ii libqt4-dbus 4:4.7.3-5 ii libqtcore4 4:4.7.3-5 ii libqtgui4 4:4.7.3-5 ii libstdc++6 4.6.2-5 kaddressbook recommends no packages.
