Looks like calligra auto-disables wpg when not finding the correct build-dep
(and that's due to the librevenge transition). The patch has been applied to
calligra 2.8.x (which is in NEW since ...)

So this bug is basically the same as #754568 and will be fixes when calligra
went out of NEW.
