In GNOME I think its disabled by default, you may need to edit the menu to enable the entry, at least I see that behavior in Cinnamon. In KDE it should be on: Applications/Development/Uml Modeller (Umbrello) I'm tagging this bug as unreproducible, and will close it in the next upload, please let us know if you can still reproduce it.
