Bug#747637: akonadi-server: upgrade to akonadi-12-1-1 does not work so kmail too

Same here...
The reason akonadi doesn't start is a failure while trying to alter
the MYSQL table schema. It trys to add an additional table named
TagRemoteIdResourceRelationTable.
SQL statement:
CREATE TABLE TagRemoteIdResourceRelationTable (tagId BIGINT NOT
NULL,
resourceId BIGINT NOT NULL, remoteId VARBINARY(255) NOT NULL,
FOREIGN
KEY (tagId) REFERENCES TagTable(id) ON UPDATE CASCADE ON DELETE
CASCADE, FOREIGN KEY (resourceId) REFERENCES ResourceTable(id) ON
UPDATE CASCADE ON DELETE CASCADE) COLLATE=utf8_general_ci DEFAULT
CHARSET=utf8;
The above statement fails with error 150 and akonaid doesn't seem
to handle this error correctly.
