Bug#747445: plasma-desktop: Buttons "Sleep" and "Hibernate" not working any more after update to 4:4.8.11-1
Package: plasma-desktop
Version: 4:4.11.12-2+b1
Followup-For: Bug #747445
I can confirm this issue. Logout, Lock, Switch User, Restart and Shut Down
menus are present, but Sleep and Hibernate menus are missing.
When I close the lid, the lock screen kicks in, but the machine doesn't
suspend.
When I call:
qdbus --system org.freedesktop.login1 /org/freedesktop/login1
org.freedesktop.login1.Manager.CanSuspend
yes
and when I try to suspend using:
qdbus --system org.freedesktop.login1 /org/freedesktop/login1
org.freedesktop.login1.Manager.Suspend true
It suspends successfully.
