Dear Maintainer,

I have seen, that kdelibs 4:4.14.2 was accepted a few days ago.
Looks like it still is not available via apt-get. Unfortunately
several other packages already expect this version:

apt-get install kdm -> kdm : Depends: kde-runtime (> 4:4.10) but it is
not going to be installed

apt-get install kde-runtime : Depends: kdelibs5-plugins (>= 4:4.14.2)
