Dear Maintainer,
After a software update today the Russian phonetic keyboard layout mixed up
3 letters. Using a phonetic layout has always helped me to quickly enable
the cyrillic alphabet without the need to either learn blind typing in the
Russian windows layout or to acquire a cyrillic keyboard. I've been using
it happily since many years until suddenly today 3 relatively central
letters changed their location on the keyboard. This is probably an upstream
change, but is there a really compelling reason for it? This change
approximately double the amount of time I now need to enter cyrillic texts,
also taking into account, that on a dozen other PCs I use more or less
often the layout is still the previous version. Could a reverse change be
discussed with upstream folks?
