Bug#747479: kmail: "Use external editor instead of composer" broken, sends HTML

Package: kmail
Version: 4:4.12.4-1
Severity: normal

Settings → Configure KMail…
Group “Composer” → Tab “E&xternal Editor”

I checked “Use external editor instead of composer” and typed

	uxterm -e jupp %f

into the text field. Then I tried to reply to a message. Two
windows open, one the composer, one the external editor, with
a bunch of HTML crap inside it. See attached screenshot. I’ve
also attached the HTML file it throws at me… the message is
in there, sure, but I cannot be expected to make *that* into
an eMail response, right? ☺

I only tried this because I couldn’t find a way to tell KMail
to wrap the message I replied to, or wrap a paragraph manually,
without enabling global wordwrap. My editor (packaged as jupp)
can that.
