Dear Maintainer,
I use KDE with the russian localisation. I was configuring the side panel in
Dolphin (the one that is shown by the F9 key). When I tried to drag and drop
the "Trash" entry to place it below other entries, I noticed that its label
changed from the russian "Корзина" to the english "Trash". Restarting
Dolphin reverts the label back to russian. This is true for other default
entries as well (root directory and home directory).
