Several of the Texture templates provided with Krita are for 16-bit half float images, however, the Debian package does not support images with this bit depth. Using one of these templates produces an image that has been promoted to 32-bit float. Attempting to open a half float image created in another program fails with the error message "Cannot create storage".

I think the bug is solved with the upload of a newer version of lcms2 (sid and testing).
