Right. Something else must have caused the build to fail. It does
indeed complain about the above but actually complete the build now.

Well, given that I can now build the unpatched source, I think this
bug should just be closed. From my POV this builds OK, and presumably
is correct as it stands? Ah yes. I see that other arches spit out this
whinge so I guess that's OK.
