Bug#734399: qtdeclarative5-private-dev: QtDeclarative/private/* is missing

Then we will need to add them when we switch Qt Creator to Qt 5. But for that
to happen we still need qtwebkit building on all archs, which is not happening
now, see:

I will definitely avoid to add private packages if they are not really needed
by some of the Qt5 stack.

Qt Creator 3.0 built with Qt4 is lacking some important features, like the Welcome page and Qml-related plugins...

And currently I can't build it myself (without compiling qt itself), because I don't have these private headers. Why is it so important for you not to include them?
