Qt 5 packages will fail to build if for some reason we forget to install even 
one file, except explicitly removed by us.

This package is not removing any files nor failing to build, so those files 
are not being generated.

On the other hand private packages are **only intended** for building the Qt 5 
stack, and not for being used by other apps/libraries. That means we will not 
care if people use them and any change breaks their stuff. If you were 
planning to build an app/lib using the private headers, please think it twice.
