After upgrade sound has stopped working, but I can hear the kde greeting sound at startup. I have noticed that
I cannot play youtube video anymore via konqueror (it used the HTML5 protocol, which is now broken).

This is most surely something else. If after fixing the sounds continues, 
please feel another bug for it.
