You'll want the *.7 backends as well because of:
https://projects.kde.org/projects/kdesupport/phonon/phonon/repository/revisions/f278a93493ac04ce04d48e8e5b5158caa0621ce3

Or someone could cherry-pick that into the Debian packaging, a release
of .1 will not happen until the end of the month.
