Bug#708925: qt4-designer: Menus displayed in a false position on the secondary screen

Hi Lisandro,
I'm using Weezy, not using KDE but Gnome 3.4.2. I've changed the Theme
(from the KDE configurations menu and Gnome) and it's the same.

The displays are (the bottom side are aligned):
- Left: 1680 x 1050
- Right: 1366 x 768

It's seems like the menu top margin (left monitor) gets aligned with
the right monitor top margin.
