Hello,

Upgrading kaddressbook:amd64 4:4.4.11.1+l10n-3+b1 -> 4:4.10.5-2 broke the
kaddressbook contact photo editor.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?

- Click on the photo in a contact stored in a local vcf cards addressbook

* What was the outcome of this action?

- An error window pops up:
  Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_file'

- ~/.cache/lxsession/LXDE/run.log shows an error about undefined symbol:
  Could not open library '/usr/lib/kde4/kio_file.so'.
  Cannot load library /usr/lib/kde4/kio_file.so: (/usr/lib/libkio.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZN11KListWidget17mouseReleaseEventEP11QMouseEvent)
  klauncher(6529)/kio (KLauncher) KLauncher::processRequestReturn: "kio_file"  failed.

* What outcome did you expect instead?

Dialog with list of image files to select one for the contact.

You *always* need to log off and log on after an upgrade. Actually you should 
upgrade without a KDE session opened.
