Dear Maintainer,

I'm just starting to learn packaging, but i think a package 
should not depend on and suggest another package at the same time.
It does not seem to make any sense to do this.

My apologies for bugging you, if this is a feature and not a bug.

Hi,

The dependencies for kde-standard are :
Depends: (kde-plasma-desktop | kde-plasma-netbook), blablalba…
Suggests: kde-plasma-desktop, kde-plasma-netbook

So for each version of kde-plasma (desktop or netbook), the other one is always suggested.
