Hello
I'm sorry I forgot to post my solution. After some analysis with a new user I found that klipper is inserted by default into a inner panel that was disappeared from KPanel. When I inserted that inner panel, klipper appeared. This action solves me also the printer_applet disappearing.
I hope this can usefull to somebody.
