Bug#692069: knotify: knotify crashes during desktop startup or shutdown.

Usually, debug packages are named after the names of sources.
This means kde-runtime-dbg for knotify4 (which will install also kdelibs5-dbg and libqt4-dbg).

With those present I get a backtrace as attached, which still doesn't look very helpful.

Please advise what else I can do to help here, noting obviously that I'm not familiar with the innards of the project and have very limited C/C++ abilities.
