Bug#688801: kde-window-manager: Incorrect Build-conflict against libgles2-mesa-dev

Hello Martin,

the build conflict right now is correct because kwin isn't linked against
opengl es 2.0 on purpose and if we build the package with libgles2-mesa-dev
fails to build because of a missing file.

Another slightly different thing is if we should enable the open gl es stuff in
kwin(I think we should do it one of these days). This is why I disabled the
opengl es some months ago (copied from an IRC log):

[08 Abr 2012] [18:27:03] <santa_> pinotree: if I understand it correctly: in
kde 4.8 kwin gles can be built at the same time that normal kwin, however it
won't be run unless the user goes to a terminal and writes kwin_gles -replace.
in the future the compositing stuff in kwin may be a plugin so the gles
compositing would be loaded if open gl es is working
[Dom 08 Abr 2012] [18:31:45] * pinotree expects a conclusion
[snip]
[Dom 08 Abr 2012] [18:35:23] <santa_> pinotree: so I think it makes sense to
adopt the "drop the gless stuff" proposed by you. we can add packages for kwin
gles later, I'd need to check if what the ubuntu guys did makes sense, but we
have better things to do imo[1]

In my first message, is it my guess right or am I missing something? How does
it work in 4.9? I mean, does it load the opengl es compositing automatically
if possible?

[1]The "better things to do" were packaging the rest of the KDE SC, so finally
I didn't have time to work on this thing again since that IRC conversation.
