Hi,

we're trying to get KDE (up to kde-standard) to fit on KDE CD#1,
and kde-runtime would benefit from xz compression: a rebuild would
make kde-runtime-data shrink from 3.4MB to 2.1MB.

If you have trivial changes pending, a quick upload would be
appreciated. Otherwise, a binNMU should work just fine, since AFAICT
there's no multiarch fun involved in this package.
