Bug#675151: kmail: fails to remember openpgp preferences for recipient

Package: kmail
Version: 4:4.4.11.1+l10n-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

when sending OpenPGP encrypted e-mail, KMail does not honour the OpenPGP
preferences set in the addressbook. How to reproduce:

1) add a new contact to the addressbook with, say, two PGP keys not matching
the e-mail address.
2) try to send an OpenPGP encrypted e-mail to that contact via KMail
3) you'll see a notification that there are conflicting encryption preferences:
"There are conflicting encryption preferences for these recipients. Encrypt
this message?"

Expected behaviour: the e-mail is encrypted for the two keys specified in the
addressbook.

This problem occured before in the bast but got fixed: So
http://bugs.debian.org/595359 is back.
