Hello Pino,

I can understand that you don't want to add "unnecessary" code to
each cmake package, but I doubt that the CMake CPPFLAGS issue
will be fixed soon.

To accomplish the hardening flags release goal for Wheezy, adding
the CPPFLAGS manually seems to be the only way.
