Bug#667431: In link open/save dialog, 'Open With' menu entries all do the same

After following a link to e.g. a PDF, I am prompted to open or save the
file.  The buttons are 'Open with <default program>', 'Open With...'
(menu), 'Cancel' and 'Save As...'.  Selecting any item from the
'Open With...' menu results in opening with the default program.
